Sababa Festival 2026 will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 11am to 5pm.

This years festival will be held at S. Central Ave and Carondelet Ave in Downtown Clayton.

Sababa Festival takes place in Downtown Clayton, and several streets within the festival footprint will be closed to vehicle traffic on event day. We recommend allowing a little extra time for arrival and considering MetroLink, rideshare, or one of the nearby parking garages.

Taking MetroLink:
The Clayton MetroLink Station is served by the Blue Line and is located at 275 S. Central Avenue, just a short walk from the festival. MetroBus routes also connect at the station.

Driving & Parking:
Street parking will be available throughout Downtown Clayton outside of the festival footprint. Please follow posted signage and do not park on streets marked as closed or restricted. On-street metered parking in Clayton is free on Sundays. claytonmo.gov

• 103 N. Central Ave.

Street Closures:
The following streets will be closed within the festival area:

• S. Bemiston Ave. from Forsyth Blvd. to Carondelet Ave.
• Carondelet Ave. from S. Central Ave. to S. Bemiston Ave.
• S. Central Ave. from Carondelet Ave. to Bonhomme Ave.

Vehicles are not permitted inside the festival site.

Advance registration is strongly encouraged and will help make your arrival and entry experience as smooth as possible.

Guests who do not register in advance will still be able to register on-site before entering the festival.

Sababa Festival is a kosher event. All food vendors will be under the supervision of the VAAD Hoeir of St. Louis.  Available dietary information will be clearly identified wherever possible.

The safety of our guests, participants, and partners is a top priority. Professional security personnel and appropriate safety measures will be in place throughout the festival.

Guests should follow all posted instructions and any guidance provided by festival staff or security personnel.

Yes. A water station will be available during the festival. Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Yes. Sababa will include family-friendly activities and interactive experiences for children of all ages, including:

• A bubble party
• A video game truck
• A challah-braiding workshop
• Face Painting
• Yard Games
• A strolling magician planned for the festival

Sababa is designed to offer something for every generation.

To ensure guest safety and facilitate quicker entry into Sababa, we have implemented a strict bag policy limiting the size and type of bags allowed inside the venue. Guests are strongly encouraged not to bring bags. If a bag is necessary, it must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Each guest, including children, is permitted one approved clear bag and one small clutch.
• Clear bags made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC must not exceed 12″ × 6″ x 12″.
• One-gallon clear plastic Ziploc-style bags are also permitted but will be subject to inspection.
• Clutch bags must not exceed 7.5″ × 5″ (approximately the size of a hand).
• Diaper bags (when accompanying a child) are allowed following inspection.
• Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items that do not fit into a clear bag, but these will require proper inspection.

No, personal chairs are not permitted on the festival grounds. We will have seating available for guest on-site.
